On the days of the conference you can log in with the credentials from your registration email. You can even test logging in the day before the conference begins to confirm your credentials work. Just like an in-person conference, you will be able to explore the exhibit hall, and attend sessions. You will need to follow the schedule to attend sessions at the correct times. You can interact with other attendees in the Meet-up Lounge, which will feature multiple chat rooms. Don’t worry if you miss a session, we will record sessions for later playback.

We encourage everyone to check out ThyCa’s Conference Exhibit Hall. Many of our sponsors will have information booths where you can learn about the drugs they provide for different members of ThyCa‘s community. Additionally, ThyCa will have our own information table where you can find some of our materials and learn how to order printed copies. ThyCa will also have spirit gear that you can order to help create thyroid cancer awareness. For more information on visiting a booth.
One of the choices on the registration form is “Include Name and Email in Conference Directory.” If you select Yes, your information will be included in the Conference Directory. Note: if you select No or leave this question blank, you will be left out of the Directory. After the conference, we will provide all conference registrants with a copy of the Directory. You can also exchange information individually with others at the conference.
